High-Density COB Chip
LED dies aligned on a single axis to sit exactly where a halogen filament would — so the beam leaves the reflector focused, with a clean cut-off instead of scatter.

Usa Volt is an American brand built around one thing: light you can trust. High-density LED chips, a pure 6500K white beam, and a throw beyond 400 metres — so the road ahead is never a guess.
Every Usa Volt bulb is built around three ideas: clean light that never scatters, heat that is managed intelligently, and output that stays stable however long the road gets.
LED dies aligned on a single axis to sit exactly where a halogen filament would — so the beam leaves the reflector focused, with a clean cut-off instead of scatter.
A flexible copper braid pulls heat straight off the chip base, backed by machined aluminium fins — no fan, no noise, and no moving part to fail.
A daylight-adjacent colour temperature that lifts contrast and sharpens road edges and signage — without the blue cast that tires the eye at night.
An internal driver holds current steady across 9–32V and guards against voltage spikes, so brightness is constant from the first second of ignition.
The difference is not raw brightness — it is how far the light travels before it falls apart. The Usa Volt beam holds its density to the end of its throw, buying you extra seconds to react.

Legacy Generation
Made in USA

Every Usa Volt box arrives ready to fit: two colour-matched bulbs, the copper cooling braid, an illustrated fitting guide, and a warranty and registration card carrying the model number.
Not just H4 — Usa Volt is made across the full range of standard fitments, from LED chips to HID xenon capsules. Type your bulb size into the search box, or browse the list.

This is a real photograph of a Usa Volt kit exactly as it arrives — sealed pouch, fitting guide, and the warranty and registration card. Compare what is in your hands against these details before you fit it.
A plug-and-play design on the standard bases — every fitment drops straight into the original bulb position with no changes to the vehicle wiring.
Switch the lights off, disconnect the negative terminal, then unscrew the black cap behind the headlamp.
Release the retaining clip and draw the halogen bulb out gently, without touching the glass.
Seat the bulb with the LED dies perfectly horizontal — left and right — to set a correct cut-off.
Push the connector into the vehicle socket, refit the cap, then test both high and low beam.

Most likely yes. Usa Volt is made in every standard fitment: H1, H3, H4, H7, H8, H9, H11, H13, 880, 5202, 9004, 9005, 9006, 9007 and 9012, plus D1, D2, D3 and D4 HID xenon capsules. Read the number printed on the base of your current bulb or check the owner's manual, then look it up in the Fitments section above.
No. The design is plug-and-play and uses the vehicle's original bulb connector. The old bulb comes out, the new one goes in its place — no cutting, no added modules.
Heat is handled by a flexible copper braid that carries it away from the chip, plus aluminium fins that spread it. There is no fan — so no noise and no moving part to fail. Just leave enough clearance behind the headlamp for the heat to escape.
Because the reflector is designed to collect light leaving a specific plane. With the dies horizontal you get a clean cut-off and full throw; tilted, the light scatters upward and dazzles oncoming traffic.
See the Authenticity section on this page: the MADE IN USA marking on the bulb body, a matching SC-W-D050 model number on both the package and the warranty card, the illustrated fitting guide, and an unopened sealed pouch with its tracking barcode.
Rated life reaches up to 30,000 hours under normal use — many times what a conventional halogen bulb delivers, with brightness that stays stable across that span.
Usa Volt is not just a bulb — it is a standard for clarity on the road. Made in America, tested on open highways and mountain trails, and delivered to you under its original seal.
